Terms & Conditions

Bookings and Payments:

• Booking are subject to availability and will only be accepted when a Booking Request is submitted and a deposit is made.
• A deposit amount of at least $90 is required to confirm the booking.
• If a deposit is paid via PayPal, a transaction fees of 2.6% + 30c applies.
• Additional charges may apply for travel depending on the location(s) of your event. Please confirm at the time of booking.
• The deposit amount once paid is non-refundable for cancellations or re-schedules made after 72 hours of making a payment or in case of no-show.
• Balance amount, in full, is required to be made on or before the day of an event.
• Minimum 2 hours of service charge applies for Personal / Family / Commercial photo-shoots. Additional charges may apply for travel / post-processing / retouching (depending on the number of photos).
• Standard postage of a DVD/USB is included in all the packages (within Australia only). Additional charges applies for Express and overseas postage.
• Absolute Moments may use some of the photos/videos taken at your event for its folio and marketing purposes. Please read “Client’s declaration about release of photos and/or videos”  below for more information.
• Printing of a photo book is sourced externally and delivery may take up to 30 days.
• Photos that are optimised for social media (lower resolution) may contain Absolute Moments’ watermark/logo.
• For Photography only – $100 applies for up to each additional hour (outside of packaged hours) spent at an event (if required).
• For Photos & Videos – $200 applies for up to each additional hour (outside of packaged hours) spent at an event (if required).
• $40 applies for a Slide-Show in a DVD/USB (if required).
• $20 applies for each additional disc/USB (if required).

Client’s declaration about release of photos and/or videos:

• I hereby give Absolute Moments my unconditional and irrevocable permission to use, copyright and publish the photos/videos taken/will be taken at an event organised by myself and/or any of my family member for the purpose of promotion, marketing and general publicity for the business. 
• I release Absolute Moments from all legal claims that may come as a result of the use of any photos/videos. I hereby state that I fully understand and agree with the way photos/videos will be utilised and none of my personal information will be released to anyone. I understand that this permission can be relied upon by Absolute Moments until I give written notice of revocation in respect of future publications.
• I am at least 18 years of age and legally, mentally and otherwise fully competent to to agree to this declaration in my own name. I have read this release agreement and understand and agree to its content. I have not been induced or coerced in any way to agree to this agreement other than with the promises and representations made within.

Acceptance of all terms and conditions:
Your booking is confirmed and a confirmation email is sent only when a Booking Request is submitted agreeing to all terms and conditions above and when an initial deposit is made. If you do not agree to any of the terms and conditions or have any other questions, please feel free to contact us or refer to FAQs.

Absolute Moments have the right to make changes to these terms & condition without notice and this will not affect bookings already confirmed.
