It all depends on type of event, the timings you need the service for, the number of things (activities) happening, and number of people attending.
For example: You’ll get approx. 200 photos for a 3 hours photography of an Engagement Party with at least 50 guests.
Usually, a disc/usb of all high resolution photos is sent to your mail address within 2-3 weeks from the date of photo-shoot.
– How do I pay for my photo/video shoot?
You’ll need to make an initial deposit to confirm your booking. This can be made either via PayPal, Cash or Bank Deposit. And the balance of the payment needs to be made in full (in cash) on or before the day of event.
– If required, how much is charged for additional hours spent at an event/photo-shoot?
For Photography only – $100 applies for up to each additional hour (outside of packaged hours) spent at an event.
– How much extra do I need to pay for travel?
It all depends on the location of your event. Usually, the travel charges are included in the package. However, please advise of all the locations involved at the time of booking as there may be additional charges for travel to multiple locations.
– I have booked your Photography service only. What if I want the photographer to make some video clips as well at my event?
An additional charge of $100 applies if you’d like the photographer to make some video clips at your event.
Because it was a Photography ONLY booking, please note that photographer’s main focus will be on taking photos and a few video clips will only be made when required and requested by you.
These videos clips are NOT edited or combined.
– Is it important to have a Pre-Wedding Meeting?
Pre-Wedding meeting help the client & the photographer set expectations for the entire shoot. Sunny has developed his own style and way of shooting weddings but what you desire is of course also very important to him. It’s a good idea for both photographer and the bride & groom to know each other, your comfort level in front of the camera and your ideas for what style you’d like captured in the photographs of your most special day.
– What if I do not agree that Absolute Moments can use some of the photos/videos taken on my event for his portfolio and marketing & promotion purposes?
You have all the right to say ‘No’ if you don’t want your photos/videos taken on your event to be used for marketing & promotion purposes. We will still do the job with the same smile. Please let us know in writing.
– What if I cancel my booking? Do I get a refund of a deposit?
Yes, you’ll get a full refund only if you cancel your booking within 72 hours of making a payment.
The deposit amount is non-refundable in case of no-show.
– What if I want to re-schedule the photo/video shoot?
Re-schedule is subject to availability.
The deposit amount once paid is non-refundable / non-transferable for re-schedules made after 72 hours of making a payment.
– What is Photo re-touching?
Photo re-touching is a process where a photo-editing software is used to give a final touch-up to a photo. It could be image vibrancy, brightness, contrast, colour correction, red-eye reduction, light effects, blur effects and lots more. It’s a treatment of a photograph to remove dust spots or blemishes, or to adjust or remove unwanted elements of the image, or add new elements.
– What’s a Highlights Video?
This is a short (4 to 10 minutes) video that contains almost every thing that was captured in our camera, but in brief.
Selected number of videos clips are edited with beautiful transitions and background music.
– What is a Slide-Show DVD?
A Slide-Show (also known as digital slide show) contains selected number of photos sliding one after another with beautiful transitions, pan and zoom effects and background music. You are more than welcome to provide 2-3 songs/music of your choice.
If you choose to get a Slide-Show DVD, $40 applies on top of quoted price for your event.
